How long will it take my order to ship?
I need an order by a certain date, what should I do?
Send us an email with the details of your order and when you need it by. We will determine whether or not a rush delivery is available. Please note that by selecting express or priority mail it does not guarantee it will ship the following business day. We sometimes travel and are away from our studios and cannot always fulfill a rush order.
Do you ship outside of the US?
We ship world wide! Please be aware that upon delivery or pickup, you may have to pay customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
We primarily use 925 sterling silver, brass and copper.
Is your jewelry nickle free?
All of my jewelry is 100% nickle free. I use .925 sterling silver for all of the ear wires in my standard earrings.
While the patina for your jewelry is sealed it is still delicate. Please take
care when storing your jewelry so they don´t get scratched by other items. I recomend to Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing or exercising. Keep away from hairspray and perfume. Pendants and rings are more prone to losing the patina so use caution not to rub them and take note of the above recommendations.

We recommend polishing your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth and recommend the Sunshine brand polishing cloths.

What are your hours?
The hours vary by appointment. I`m an independent contractor and made my own hours. Im generally at the shop Tuesday-Saturday and on occasion some will work Sundays or Mondays.
How much does it cost?
It depends on placement, size, style. I have hourly rates that vary from $80/hour to $175/hour. Send them an email to set up a consultation and I can go over cost estimates, design, and get you set up with your tattoo appointment from there.
What forms of Payment do you take?
Whenever possible I prefer cash. Cash or card is required for deposit payments. We do also take Visa, Master Card, and Discover (there may be small fees for card payments).
Do I tip?
You are not required to tip on top of the cost of your tattoo but it is always appreciated! If would like to tip me, some clients like to tip in cash and others like to bring me homemade goodies/gifts! I love and appreciate all of it.
Can I bring my kids?
No, sorry! I love kids but I cannot have kids in my tattoo shop under any circumstances (even for a consultation). A tattoo shop is not a safe environment for children, the health department does not allow minors in tattoo shops (this does differ for piercings but I don't do those here), fussy babies can disturb the artist and clients, and fidgety feet don’t mix well with tattooing. If you let me know in advance for a consultation that you are unable to find a sitter or don't have someone watch your kiddo I can sometimes accommodate by doing the consultations at the coffee shop around the corner with their permission (and we can always grab a coffee to support our local small businesses too!)
Can I bring a friend?
I do prefer to have a maximum of one friend/support person with because my station is not large enough to accommodate several people. Just make sure to check in with me before bringing a friend to your appointment.
