Shipping:
I offer free USPS or UPS ground shipping (3-7 business days) on all orders in the continental United States. Should you have a return, you can arrange this per the instructions below.
Once I have shipped your package you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your package directly with the courier.
I will always strive to ship all in-stock orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Please note that I do not fulfill orders on Saturdays and Sundays or on national holidays. If your order is received after 1 pm EST, it will not be shipped until the following business day. If an in-stock order is delayed due to a problem on our end, I will upgrade the shipping for free to make sure you get it within your desired time frame. (I understand that sometimes you urgently need an amazing piece to complete an outfit for a special event!)
Since my works are all handmade and/or small production and from other parts of the world, sometimes there can be a delay in shipping to Lesetta or with US Customs. I will always make you aware if there are any delays and do everything I can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchange Policy:
*Please take note of the size and weight listed with each piece before you purchase an item. I do not accept returns for earrings being too heavy, large, or otherwise. If you purchase an item and email us with concerns before we ship it, then we can offer a refund or other solutions. Look through all of the photos and read the descriptions. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
